摘    要:对一起 110kV变电站双绕组主变压器油温升高的故障进行深入分析。通过变压器油中溶解气体色谱分析 ,采用三比值法、四比值法和估算过热温度等化学分析手段初步推断主变压器可能的故障原因及严重程度 ,再结合电气试验较准确判断出主变压器的过热性故障性质和范围。尝试用故障排除法、敲击振动法、电容放电消除法等故障排除方法 ,在较短的时间内消除故障。

Abstract:The fault of abnormal high oil temperature of the two windings main transformer in a 110 kV substation was discussed in detail. Chromatographic analysis for dissolved gas in transformer oil was used. Possible reasons and impacts on the main transformer were deduced preliminarily by three ratios method, four ratios method. Fault removing method, beating method, and capacitance electric discharge method were tried. The fault was eliminated in short time.
