树脂基碳纤维复合材料制孔缺陷及其钻削工艺研究

摘    要:针对树脂基碳纤维复合材料制件制孔时存在的几何缺陷及其钻削时特有的缺陷等质量问题,根据树脂基碳纤维复合材料的特性,提出了在树脂基碳纤维复合材料制孔过程中应采用的工艺方法,并提供了合理的钻削工艺参数。实践证明,该工艺方法解决了树脂基碳纤维复合材料制孔这一加工难题,提高了加工效率,改善了飞机零部件的连接及装配质量.

Abstract:The corresponding technology of carbon fiber reinforced resin composite in drilling was put forward according to the geometry defects and special flaws combining the material charactics. The proper drilling parameter was given. The practice proved that the problem of drilling was solved by using this technology. The drilling efficiency, connetcion and assembling qualities were improved.
