| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种利用倍压和全波整流复合的新型电路所研制的CO_2激光器电源。使用该电源不仅可使CO_2激光器的输出激光功率从0到满功率范围连续可调,输出激光平均功率的起伏小于±5％,而且可使CO_2激光器以脉冲和连续两种状态工作。

| Abstract: | A novel composite circuit power supply with double voltage and full-wave rec-tification for CO2 lasers are developed. With this power supply, the CO2 laser outpat not only car be adjusted continually from zero to full power, the CO2 laser can also work in CW or puise mode. The fluctuation of average output of the CO2 laser is less than ±5%. |
