摘 要: | 以对二氯苄、十二烷基二甲基叔胺、硫氰酸钠为原料,在100℃时恒温反应4 h,制备了一种含硫杀菌灭藻剂TBDA,对其杀菌性能及灭藻性能进行评价。结果表明,对于油田回注水系统,当TBDA的投加量为50mg/L时,对TGB、SRB的杀菌率达100%;对于工业循环冷却水系统,当TBDA的投加量为100 mg/L时,灭藻率为99.99%。TBDA的杀菌及灭藻效果明显优于1227及双季铵盐等常规杀菌剂。

Abstract: | With alpha′-dichloro-p-xylene, dodecyl dimethyl tertiary amine, and sodium thiocyanate as raw material, a kind of sulfur-containing algae fungicidal TBDA was prepared through a 4-hour thermostatic reaction at 100 ℃, and its bactericidal and algae removal performance was analyzed. The results showed that, in the oilfield reinjection water system, when the dosage of TBDA was 50 mg/L, the killing rates of TGB and SRB both reached 100%. In industrial circulating cooling water system, when the dosage of TBDA was 100 mg/L, the killing rate of algae was 99.99%. It could be seen that, the bactericidal and algae removal performance of TBDA was superior to that of conventional fungicides such as 1227, biquaternary ammonium salt and so on. |
