摘    要:以抓斗设计为背景,着重讨论完整产品如何实现可重用的三维参数化虚拟设计:首先自上而下完成总体设计,然后自下而上建立抓斗模型、建立装配和总装模型。在三维参数化设计中引入知识工程的基本原理,通过知识的应用实现完整产品虚拟设计的可重用性。通过面向对象的封装,虚拟产品的设计中包含了形状和尺寸约束以及相关设计知识,可以供以后的设计重用。

Abstract:Using the design of grab bucket as technical background, the reusability of existing parametric virtual design of a full product is discussed. The top-down paradigm is used to accomplish the general layout design. Then a bottom-up modeling process is carried out for virtual parts, assemblies and a complete product. The concept of Knowledge Engineering (KE) is introduced during 3D parametric design. By the application of knowledge, the full product level reusability of virtual design is achieved. Through the object-oriented encapsulation, the virtual design contains not only complete sketch shape and dimensional constraints, but also relevant design knowledge.
