| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于VB6.0和S7-200 PLC的液压支架试验台监控系统的组成、通信原理与实现及关键部分的设计等。该系统采用IPC-610-H工控机和S7-200 PLC组成上、下位机控制系统,上位机开发平台选用VB6.0,利用其中的MSComm控件实现了上、下位机的通信;采用ODBC数据库访问技术增强了面向用户的数据管理功能,实现了试验数据的存储与查询;下位机实现了液压支架试验的过程控制和数据采集功能。试验结果及实际应用表明,该系统可实现液压支架试验台的自动控制,保证液压支架的各项试验可靠进行,准确地完成液压支架内循环加载过程的实时监控任务。
