| Abstract: | Taking the bid for construction of a certain building as an example, this paper introduces the method of evaluating the files of the construction organization design in a bid by means of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, thus providing trustworthy reference basis for the evaluation and determination of the bid. |
