并-串组合型双管正激变换器的研究

摘    要:通过并鄄并和并鄄串两种组合方式的比较,提出了一种新型并鄄串组合双管正激变换器,该组合变换器可以大幅度减少次级整流二极管的电压应力,同时改善次级续流二极管的反向恢复问题。通过交错控制和提高开关频率,大大减小了变换器的体积和重量。研制成功6kW并鄄串组合型双管正激变换器原理样机。

Abstract:A novel parallel-series combined two-transistor forward converter is proposed by comparing the parallel-parallel and parallel-series combination.This combined converter will greatly reduce the voltage overshoot of the rectifying diode and at the same time improve the reverse recovery of the output freewheeling diode. Moreover,the size and weight of the converter can also be reduced by interleaving technique and increasing the frequency.A 6kW parallel-serial combined two-transistor forward converter is successfully developed.
