摘    要:本文旨在建立直流电桥自动检定系统的硬件环境.根据电桥检定规程编制测量软件,分析检测数据,实现直流电桥的自动检定,并根据检定结果打印规范化的检定证书.该系统采用Fluke公司的多功能信号发生器Fluke 5520A输出高精度的标准电阻来进行电桥检定.计算机与Fluke 5520A信号发生器之间的通信采用GPIB总线技术.设计了基于VB6.0的计量软件,重点介绍了GPIB通信技术的编程.该系统简化了检定过程、提高了工作效率并避免了手工操作时人为差错的可能性.

Abstract:automatic The aim of this paper was to establish the hardware frame of DC bridges verification, to program by Verification Regulation of the DC bridges, to analysis the data and to realize the automatic verification and print the report. This system used Fluke 5520A as a multi-functional signal generator which can output standard resistance to calibrate DC bridges. GPIB bus technology was applied between computer and Fluke 5520A. Software design was based on VB6.0. The program technology on GPIB program technique was introduced especially. The system changed the tradition manual operation, simplified the calibration process, enhanced the working efficiency and has avoided the human error.
