壳聚糖季铵盐交联酰胺共聚物的制备及应用

摘    要:以羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(CC)为阳离子单体,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)作交联剂,二乙烯三胺和己二酸为原料,通过水溶液共聚法制备了壳聚糖季铵盐交联酰胺共聚物(CC-GPPC)。通过IR、SEM、TG、GPC对其结构性能进行表征;探讨了CC和GMA及DETA对CC-GPPC的性能及其浆内添加后纸张物性的影响。结果表明:在CC添加量为1.0g,AA:DETA:GMA的摩尔比为1:1.1:0.9时, 可制得性能较为优越的壳聚糖季铵盐交联酰胺共聚物CC-GPPC,此时聚合物溶液分子量为74520,平均粒径795 nm,分散指数0.581,常温下可稳定储存60d以上,当CC-GPPC的浆内添加量为绝干浆的0.6%时,纸张干抗张指数为52.99 N.m/g,湿抗张指数为16.82 N.m/g,与原纸相比,纸张干、湿抗张指数分别提高了29.8%、80.7%,纸张增湿强性能明显提高,与商用PAE湿强树脂相比,达到了无氯且性能优越,纸张湿抗张指数增加了10.6%,是一种绿色环保型纸张增湿强剂。

Abstract:A chitosan quaternary ammonium salt crosslinked amide copolymer (CC-GPPC) was prepared by aqueous copolymerization using adipic acid (AA) and diethylenetriamine (DETA) as raw materials, glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) as crosslinking monomer and hydroxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride chitosan (CC) as cationic monomer. The structure and stability of CC-GPPC were characterized by IR, SEM, TG and GPC. The effects of DETA, CC and GMA monomers dosage on the properties of CC-GPPC and the physical properties of paper after sizing were discussed. The results showed that when the content of CC was 1.0g and the molar ratio of AA:DETA:GMA is 1:1.1:0.9, the better performance of amide polyamine copolymer CC-GPPC can be prepared. At this time, the molecular weight of the polymer solution is 74520, the average particle size is 795 nm, and the dispersion index(PDI) is 0.581, it can be stably stored for more than 60 days at room temperature. when the amount of CC-GPPC is 0.6% of the total dry pulp, the dry and wet tensile indexes of paper were 52.99N.m/g and 15.21N.m/g, respectively. Compared with base paper, the dry and wet tensile indexes of paper increased by 29.8% and 63.4% respectively, paper wet-strength performance significantly improved, compared with commercial PAE wet strength resin, chlorine free and superior performance, paper wet resistance to tensile index increased 10.9%, CC-GPPC is a green paper wet-strength agent.
