摘    要:在防控新型冠状病毒的肺炎疫情斗争中,中移在线积极响应国家疫情防控要求,充分发挥云客服智能外呼平台能力,提供了系统自动拨打、自然语言的语音互转能力、自然语义理解能力以及统一化的智能运营管理系统,充分响应各级政府在防疫宣传告知,人员筛查,复工通知,口罩发放、防范疫情诈骗等场景需求,提高了疫情排查效率,降低交叉感染风险,全力支撑疫情防控工作,并提出了下阶段在公共事务管理中应用智能化能力,为基层管理部门赋能的思考。

Abstract:In the fi ght against COVID-19 in the epidemic situation,China Mobile Online Service Company Co.,Ltd responds positively to the national epidemic prevention and control requirements,giving full play to the cloud call center intelligent call platform capability,providing automatic call,natural language voice conversion ability,natural semantic understanding ability and unifi ed intelligent operation management system,fully responding to the government's propaganda and publicity in epidemic prevention,and screening personnel.,notice of resumption of work,mask distribution,prevention of epidemic fraud and other scene needs,improve the effi ciency of epidemic investigation,reduce the risk of cross infection,fully support the epidemic prevention and control work,and put forward the next stage in the public affairs management application of intelligent ability,for the grass-roots management departments to enable thinking.
