基于可视化设计软件-Labview的气浮工艺虚拟仪器

摘    要:介绍了虚拟仪器的概念及其软件开发环境Labview的特点、设计方法.以Labview为平台建立溶气气浮工艺的虚拟仪器,虚拟仪器的控制界面模拟传统的控制仪表,仿真运行,其工艺、环境和设备参数可直接选择.虚拟仪器与真实工艺运行的相对误差达到6.3%.

Abstract:The paper introduces the concept of virtual instrument and characteristic, designing method of Labview, establishes the VI (virtual instrument) of dissolved air floatation on the platform of Labview. With the computer simulation, the interface of VI is just like that of real process, environment and equipment can be selected directly on the interface of VI. The relative error of operation results between VI and real process is 6.3%.
