摘    要:对硅锰铸钢在不同磁场强度和连续冷却条件下的组织及性能进行了研究。结果表明,磁场处理后可显著改变铁硅锰铸钢的显微组织,由混合型组织改变为单一的珠光体或马氏体。在弱磁场条件下,奥氏体化温度的高低及冷却速度的快慢对试验钢组织的影响与此磁场作用时间长短有关。冷速较低时弱磁场对较高温度下的相变有某种促进作用,冷速较快时则促进低温相变。

Abstract:The microstructure and properties of Fe-Si-Mn cast steels were studied under conditions of continuous cooling and different magnetic intensities. The results show that the microstructure of Fe-Si-Mn cast steels can be remarkably changed through magnetic field treatment,from a mixture structure to only one pearlite or martensite structure. Under low magnetic field, the influence of austenitization temperature and the cooling rate on the microstructure is related to the time of samples exposed to the magnetic field; the low magnetic field has certain promotion functions to the higher-temperature phase transformation at lower cooling rate, while at higher cooling rate it promotes the lower-temperature phase transformation.
