煤层瓦斯预抽方案优化设计

摘    要:为了解决煤层瓦斯抽放中遇到的采掘工作面瓦斯超限和煤与瓦斯突出问题,提高采煤工作面瓦斯抽放效果,以新安矿14221工作面为研究对象,对其进行了顺层平行不同钻孔间距下的瓦斯预抽试验,考察了钻孔瓦斯抽放量随时间的变化规律和不同钻孔间距下预抽率与时间的关系。结果表明:当深孔抽放钻孔间距为1.5 m时,其抽放效果为钻孔抽放间距2.5 m的1.24倍。同时将新安矿本煤层由平行钻孔改为斜向钻孔相间布置后,钻孔瓦斯抽放浓度提高了0.32倍,取得了较好的瓦斯抽放效果。
