大断面薄层状顶板回采巷道支护技术

摘    要:针对曙光煤矿回采巷道薄层状顶板易离层、冒落,两帮收敛严重,底鼓量大,大断面巷道变形破坏严重的现象,根据组合梁理论,采用离散元数值模拟分析了该巷道顶板冒落机理,依据机理需增加巷道支护的护顶面积及加强整体性稳定性,顶板采用300 mm×300 mm×28 mm钢托盘及12号槽钢配合锚网索联合支护,两帮分别采用W钢托板及钢带配合2 000 mm长锚杆支护。观测结果表明支护效果显著,大断面巷道顶底板累计移近量及两帮收敛量分别为179和132 mm,比原有巷道变形减少20%以上。
