高精度测频系统设计

摘    要:高精度频率测量技术在许多领域都占据着十分重要的地位,常用的测频方法精度低,不能满足高精度测量的要求.采用分频段、多周期同步测量和游标内插法相结合的方式,设计了测量范围在0.1Hz~5MHz内的高精度测频系统.重点介绍了游标内插法基本原理,根据其工作原理设计了测量电路.电路仿真和误差分析表明该测频系统有较高的测量精度,且采用游标内插法可使系统的测量精度提高2个数量级.

Abstract:High precision frequency measurement techniques occupy a very important position in many areas. The precision of common frequency measurement methods is low, and it can not meet high precision requirement. In order to solve the problem, a high precision frequency measurement system in the range of 0. 1 Hz~ 5 MHz is designed by using techniques of frequency division, multi-cycle synchronous frequency measurement and cursor interpolation. The basic principle of cursor interpolation is highlit,and a measurement circuit is designed on the basis. Finally, the circuit simulation and error analysis show that there is high precision in the system, and cursor interpolation enhance the system accuracy of two orders of magnitude.
