壳聚糖/木质纤维素共混纤维的研究

摘    要:通过NaOH活化木质纤维素,并将其溶解于离子液体[Bmim]Cl中,与壳聚糖共混制备壳聚糖/木质纤维素共混纤维。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线(XRD)、力学测试和扫描电镜(SEM)对材料的结构性能进行分析。结果表明,NaOH活化有效地促进了木质纤维素在离子液体中的溶解,壳聚糖的加入使得共混纤维的结晶度降低,强度降低。

Abstract:Chitosan/lignocellulose blend fiber was prepared after NaOH-actived lignocellulose in the ionic liquid [Bmim] Cl was added in chitosan.The structural properties of materials were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy(FI-IR),X ray(XRD), mechanical testing and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that NaOH activation promotes wood cellulose dissolved in ionic liquids effectively, and reduce the crystallinity and strength of the blend fiber for adding chitosan.
