| 摘 要： | 新型色纺纱对混和有着极高要求,目前沿用的本色纺开清棉工艺流程很难满足这一要求.采用双流程混和或人工混和都存在明显不足,为此专为色纺纱设计了新的工艺流程.介绍了新流程的工艺配置,并对三种流程的设备投资成本进行了对比分析,认为新流程有利于提高色纺纱混和质量并且节约设备投资.

| Abstract: | Blending of new type colored yarn has higher demand, so traditional opening and cleaning circulation of grey spinning can not satisfy the demand. New technology circulation was designed for the disadvantage of double circulation blending and manual blending. Technology configuration of new circulation was introduced, and equipment investment cost of three kind circulations were compared. The result shows that new circulation can enhance colored yarn blending quality and save equipment investment. |
