地区电网在线继电保护动作行为分析软件的开发与应用

将专家系统理论应用于地区电网的在线继电保护动作行为分析中,根据调度人员和继电保护人员多年的经验总结出各种规则,适用于110kV和66kV地区电网。不仅分析了三段式电流、零序电流和距离保护等,而且对于比较特殊的平行双回线路横差保护的死区和相继动作区、变压器的低压闭锁过电流保护以及远后备保护等问题进行了深入分析。软件已在线应用到吉林省辽源地区电网中,能够满足实际应用的要求。

Development and application of on-line relay protection action analysis software for regional power network

This paper applies expert system theory to on-line relay protection action analysis for regional power network.And it also summarizes various rules according to the experience of scheduling operators and relay protection operators for several years.All these rules are suitable for 110kV and 220kV regional networks.This paper not only analyzes three-step current protection,zero-sequence current protection,distance protection etc,but also deeply discusses some special kinds of relay protections such as dead zone and sequential action zone of cross differential protection for parallel coupling lines,low voltage lockout over-current protection for transformer,far reserve protection,etc.The software has been on-line applied to Liaoyuan regional network of Jilin province,which can meet the demands of actual application.
