论大都市矿业发展--以北京市为例

北京市矿产资源开发利用历史悠久,矿业及相关后续产业为北京市现代国民经济体系和工业体系的建设、工业化进程作出了历史性的巨大贡献。但是,随着现代化国际大都市基本框架的构建、“绿色奥运”的举办以及工业化进程的加速推进,矿业发展面临着一系列新的形势。这些新的形势要求对矿业发展方向的重点进行战略性调整,以使矿业更好地为经济建设和社会发展服务。

The exploitation and Utilization of Ming resource in Beijing has a long history.And mining industry and its follow up industries have maele historic contributions to the buildiys of modern national economic system and industrial system,and to the industrialization process in Beijing.However,with the establishment of the basic ontline of modernised metropolis,following the holling of "Green Olympic"activities as well as the speeding up of industrialization process,mining tndustry development is faled with some new situations,Under which,strategic adjustments of mining industry developing trend and emphasis are required,to make mining industry more eflective for better serving the economic construction and sowol development.
