膜式燃气表误差的快速检定技术研究

摘    要:为了提高膜式燃气表的检定效率,改善最小流量点耗时过长的问题,提出了以双计时法和回转当量体积为测量原理的检定技术,设计了基于音速喷嘴的膜式燃气表误差快速检定装置.该装置以工控机为核心,实现了膜式燃气表误差的自动检定、数据自动采集和处理、自动合格判定以及检定证书自动输出等功能.研究表明,该装置稳定可靠,可以有效地缩短检定时间,提高检定效率.

Abstract:In order to improve the verification efficiency of diaphragm gas meters and ameliorate the time-consuming problem of the minimum capacity point,a verification method based on the measurement principle of double-timer and rotary equivalent volume was put forward.A rapid error-calibrating apparatus for diaphragm gas meters with sonic nozzles was designed based on an industrial computer.This apparatus could implement a variety of functions for diaphragm gas meters,such as automatic error verification,automatic data collecting and processing,automatic qualification judgment,as well as the automatic output of verification certificates.The result showed that the apparatus is stable and reliable and that it can effectively shorten verification time and improve verification efficiency.
