摘    要:针对目前离合器的力学特性在实车检测中仅仅依靠特性曲线相关特征点的位置作为其评价依据,未能充分利用特性曲线所给出的信息,进而可能导致出现误判的现状,提出一种新的评价方法.新方法通过分析离合器操纵机构阻尼在正程与回程之间的关系,发现离合器力学特性正程回程的算术平均值曲线与几何平均值曲线分处无阻尼曲线的上下方.经由试验与分析相结合的方法获取离合器无阻尼力学特性曲线,通过比较三条曲线是否满足应遵循的位置关系来判别离合器是否合格.实验结果表明,新方法的评价结果正确,且由于较充分地运用了特性曲线所给出的信息,从而大大降低了出现误判的概率.

Abstract:Presently the evaluation of the mechanical properties of clutches depends on the related characteristic point on mechanics characteristic curves.This method was not able to make full use of the information included in the characteristic curves and may lead to miscalculation.According to the situation,a new evaluation method was proposed.By analyzing the relationship between the forward and backward damp process and the return of the clutch control mechanism damping,it was found that the average arithmetic curve and the average geometric curve of the foward and backward machenical characteristic were located at either side of the non-damp curve.The non-damp curve was obtained by test and analysis.The qualification of the clutch was determined according to the relative position of the three curves.Experimental results showed that the novel evaluation method is feasible and correct since it made full use of the information of characteristic curves.
