水轮发电机组主轴有限元建模与静动态分析

摘    要:建立了某型水轮发电机组主轴有限元模型,利用有限元分析软件NASTRAN对主轴进行实际工况下静动态分析,在水轮发电机组正常运行范围内验证了主轴满足强度要求并且发生共振的可能性极小,提高了产品的可靠性和设计水平.

Abstract:This article describes a finite element model for the main shaft of one kind of bulb tubular turbine-generator, it are analyzed with NASTRAN on the basis of the static strength and the reasons of Vibration of main shaft. By analysis, it is known that the main shaft meets the requirement under various static loads and the possibility that main shaft occurs resonance is very small in the normal working conditions. The reliability and the product designing level are improved.
