摘    要:在电力市场复杂多变的市场环境下, 对于参与报价的发电企业来说, 对自身在市场中所处的竞争地位的估计具有重要的经济意义。发电企业通过全面综合地对市场中各个参与者或者单独对自身各种竞争力指标的估计, 分析得出自己在市场中竞争的地位, 从而进行相应合适的报价。不同市场力指标反映不同的竞争因素。从发电企业的角度, 对HHI, DHHI, MRR, Lerner, MPC 五种市场力指标进行分类分析, 分为报价事前分析和报价事后分析。最后综合多种因素分析得出一个衡量市场力的综合指标, 该指标的大小范围同时也决定了发电企业的报价范围———报价带, 发电企业可以根据报价带进行有优势的报价, 并举例说明对发电企业市场竞争力的分析要充分考虑多方面因素, 综合评估才能得出科学判断。

Abstract:In the complicated environment of power markets, it has a great financial significance for electric power suppliers who bid in the power markets to accurately evaluate their own positions in the markets. Electric power suppliers should foresee their competitive positions by assessing market power indices of all market participants or only by assessing their own market power indices,; and then design proper bidding strategies accordingly. Different market power index relate to different competition factors. Five indices methods, which are HHI,DHHI,MRR,Lerner,and MPC, are used to analyze the competitive position of an electric power supplier. These indices are divided into two groups: one is a pre-analysis and the other is a post-analysis. By synthesizing various factors, an integrated index has been derived for market power evaluation. The value of this integrated market power index will determine the bid range, so-called the bid strip, for an electric power supplier. Electric power suppliers can then use the integrated power market index to bid rationally. A case study indicates that the analysis of market power for electric power suppliers should take into account many factors in order to make a reasonable judgment by a synthetic evaluation.
