摘    要:在锅炉给水系统中,当锅炉负荷降低时,因水泵出口压力过高而造成能量浪费,并使水泵振动和磨损加大.现对水泵采用变频调速,以单片机ATMAC89C52为核心设计了给水控制器,这样既具有显著的节能效果又减少设备磨损,可广泛应用于城市供热锅炉给水系统中.

Abstract:In water-supply system of boiler, when load of boiler is decreasing, the energy wasting, excessive vibration and wearing of water pump etc. resulting from the excessive high outlet pressure were more worrying. Using single-chip microcomputer ATMAL89C52 as core, water-supply controller was designed. This system with variable frequency variable-speed water pump reduce wearing of equipment, have apparent energy-saving effect, is suitable for using widely in the water-supply system of city heating boiler.
