摘    要:介绍了一种高压空压机排污系统。通过对气动阀工作过程的描述及对其阀芯的受力分析,提出了气动排污阀设计方法。通过实际应用,证明了该设计方法的可行性以及该排污系统工作性能的可靠性。

Abstract:A drainage system of high-pressure compressor is introduced. The working process of the pneumatic valve was descried and the force on the valve piston was analyzed. A design method about pneumatic valve is provided. Comparing test result with the theory, the design method and the reliability of the drainage system are proved to be reasonable.
