| 摘 要： | 通过传统的热挤压工艺，在16MN挤压机上进行HSn70—1合金铸锭（Ф165×300mm）挤压冷凝管管坯（Ф72×6mm）试验。试验中采用了不同的挤压方法对HSn70—1合金铸锭进行挤压，并探讨了各挤压方法及工艺参数对HSn70—1合金挤制品表面质量的影响，得出了挤制管坯表面缺陷的影响因素及预防措施。

| Abstract: | Test of extruding HSn70-1 alloy cast ingot （Ф165×300mm） into condenser tube blank （Ф72×6 mm） is carried out on 16MN extruding machine through conventional hot extrusion process. Various extrusion methods are applied to the HSn70-1 alloy cast ingot in the test. Influence of the various extrusion methods and process parameters on the surface quality of extruded products of HSn70-1 alloy is discussed and influencing factors and prevention measures of defects in extruded tube blank surface are arrived at. |
