摘    要:介绍HDPF装置催化剂配制单元的工艺流程、控制步骤和要求,研究制定了相应的控制策略。在TPS-3000HPM型DCS基础上,利用CL/HPM语言设计了催化剂配制单元的控制程序。同时给出了配制程序用主要变量表和配制程序流程图。

Abstract:The technique process of compounding unit of catalytic agent of HDPE plant, control procedures and requirements are introduced. Relevant control strategy is studied and made. On the basis of TPS-3000 HPM distributed control system and by using CL/HPM language, the control program for compound unit of catalytic agent is designed. Main variable table and flowchart of compound program are given accordingly.
