粘胶功能型纺织纤维的特性测试与分析

摘    要:通过对粘胶纺织功能型纤维进行微观结构和电镜测试,热失重图谱分析等,探讨了它们在受到等离子刻蚀条件下的微观结构差异,以探求粘胶纤维在受到物理,化学的处理后,其纤维的性能变化,研究结果表明,粘胶纤维在经过两种方法处理后,除保持本身优良的特性以外,还具备很好的聚集态结构及结晶度,有着较好的服用性能。

Abstract:Through testing the microstructure of functional viscose fiber with electron microscope and thermogravimetry, it is discussed the changes appearing in its microstructure after being eroded by plasma, and investigated the properties changes of this fiberthe after the physical and chemical treatment. The results show that after the treatment, the viscose fiber can not only maintain its own good characteristics, but also have fine aggregating structure, crystallinity and wearability.
