新型HB-ZCT软开关PWM变换器的研究

摘    要:提出一种新型的HB-ZCT软开关PWM变换器,其主开关管和辅助管均能在很宽的范围内实现零电流开通和关断,进一步减小了变换器的开关损耗,有利于开关频率的提高,从而加快了系统的动态响应使整机性能得到改善。它特别适用于以IGBT作为开关器件的高电压大功率场合。通过理论分析、参数选择、电路仿真和实验结果对撮出的方案加以论证。

A Study on Novel HB-ZCT Soft-Switching PWM Inverters
Abstract:The paper presents a novel HB ZCT soft switching PWM converter, its main switches and the auxiliary ones are turned on and off under zero current in the wide range, the switch losses of the converter are reduced farther and therefore the switch frequency can be increased and the dynamic response of the system is quickened. As a result the performance of the system is improved. It is very attractive for high power application where IGBT is predominantly used as the power switches. Theoretical analysis, parameters selection, computer simulation, and experiment results are presented to verify the proposed scheme.
