杯芳烃作为相转移催化剂用于四氟对苯二甲酸二甲酯的合成

摘    要:研究了杯芳烃在四氯对苯二甲酰氯氟化制备四氟对苯二甲酸二甲酯反应中的相转移催化作用,发现以杯芳烃作相转移催化剂使产品收率得到了明显提高。杯芳烃的催化性能为杯[6]芳烃>杯[4]芳烃>杯[8]芳烃,与传统法相比,用杯[6]芳烃催化使反应收率提高了18.32%。

Abstract:The calixarenes used as PTC in the fluorination of tetrachlorophthahaloyl chloride to obtain dimethyl tetrafluoroterephthalate were studied in this paper.It was found that the yields of reaction with a series of calixarenes as PTC were improved and that the catalytic property of calix[6]rene was better than that of calix[4]rene and calix[8]rene.The results also showed that calix[6]rene had improved the yield by 18.32% comparing with the traditional methods.
