等热流圆管内冰浆流体传热特性的解析研究

摘    要:对等热流圆管内冰浆流体的换热情况提出了一系列前提假设,在此基础上,发展了内热汇模型描述冰晶粒子融化吸收潜热,运用解析方法,对所得的微分方程进行了求解,计算结果表明,随着含冰率增大,换热性能得到加强,平均Nu数增大。从而揭示了冰浆流体为供冷介质时的强化换热作用。

Abstract:Based on a series of hypothesis concerning the heat transfer of ice slurry in a circular tube with constant heat flux, a internal heat sink model was developed to describe the absorption of latent heat in the melting of ice particles, thus the equation was solved by the analytical method. It was shown that the heat transfer coefficient increases with increasing ice mass fraction, which imply heat transfer enhancement.
