温差电材料热压成形实验装置的研究

摘    要:讨论了温差电材料成形特点,首次设计了适用于不同类型温差电材料的内热、外热和综合加热三种热压成形方法及其相应的模具结构.总结了实验装置的设计方法及热电材料热压成形经验,设计制备了实验装置,并进行了热压成形试验,所制备的NaxCo2O4和ZnO块体温差电材料性能优良.试验结果表明,所设计热压成形的装置设计合理、计算正确、结构简单、使用方便、功率可无级连续调节,温度控制准确、性能稳定,是个成功装置.

Abstract:The characterizations of the hot-pressing for thermoelectric materials were discussed. The first bath three kinds of methods of hot-pressing(i.e. internal heating, outside heating, synthesis heating)and corresponding die structure used for thermoelectric materials were designed. The method and experience of the device design and the hot-pressing of thermoelectric materials were summariced by the experiment that the hot-pressing experiment device is a successful device because it has owned the properties such as: reasonable designing, accurate calculation, simply structure accurate temperature controlling, reliable quality, easy to be used etc. And the bulk thermoelectric materials of NaxCo2O4 and ZnO owned excellent properties can be formed by use of the device.
