纤维自密实水泥基补强材料抗裂性能研究

摘    要:纤维自密实补强材料抗裂性能研究结果表明:当PP纤维掺量相同时,自密实补强材料的开裂指数随着纤维长度的增加而降低;同样长度的纤维,在一定掺量范围内,开裂指数随着纤维掺量的增加而降低;纤维长度相同、掺量相同时,掺加PVA纤维补强材料的抗裂效果好于掺加PP纤维的补强材料;在相同条件下,掺加硅粉可以提高纤维补强材料的抗裂性能。

Abstract:The performance of crack resistance of fiber self-compacting reinforced material was studied.The results show that the performance of crack resistance of the material is increased substantially by joining fiber;add the same quality of PP fiber,the crack index of self-compacting reinforced material decrease with the increase of the length of PP fiber;as the same length of fiber,in a certain quality range,the crack index decrease with the increase of the quality of fiber;on the same length and quality of fiber,performance of crack resistance of add PVA fiber is better than that add PP fiber;under the same conditions,add silica fume can improve the performance of crack resistance of the reinforced material.
