| 摘 要： | 为了准确预报水库入库水量及水位预报,合理进行水库水情调度,利用现有信息化技术,开发了水库实时水情预报调度系统.其系统功能有自动定时水情预报、人工干预水情预报、水情调度、智能化数据纠错及编辑等,经过在福建华安水库应用,预报8场水情全部合格,合格率达100%,优良率达75%.

| Abstract: | A real-time forecast and regulation system for water quality and quantity was developed by using existing information system, aiming at accurately predicting water flow and water level of reservoirs, and also regulating water of reservoirs properly. The functions of the system include automatically and timely water condition forecasting, artificial-interference water condition forecasting, water regulation and intelligent data correction and editing. After its use in the Anhua Reservoir in Fujian Province for 8 times of water condition prediction, the performance of the system achieves 100% completion and 75% excellence. |
