双癸基甲基羟乙基氯化铵的合成与杀菌性能

摘    要:以双癸基甲基叔胺(DMA10)、盐酸和环氧乙烷(EO)为原料,合成了双癸基甲基羟乙基氯化铵(DMHAC10)阳离子表面活性剂。确定的优化反应条件为:m(异丙醇)∶m(水)=1∶1,反应温度70℃,n(DMA10)∶n(盐酸)∶n(EO)=1∶1.05∶1.2,反应时间60 min。产品的结构通过1HNMR、IR和元素分析进行了表征,结果表明,所合成的化合物即为目标产物DMHAC10。在质量浓度为100 mg/L时,DMHAC10对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC-6538)和大肠杆菌(ATCC-8099)作用10 min的杀灭率分别为99.4%和99.6%。

Abstract:A cationic surfactant didecylmethylhydroxyethylammonium chloride(DMHAC10) was synthesized from didecylmethylamine(DMA10),hydrochloric acid and ethylene oxide(EO).The optimized reaction conditions were:m(isopropyl alcohol)∶m(water)=1∶1,n(DMA10)∶n(hydrochloric acid)∶n(EO)=1∶1.05∶1.2,reaction temperature 70 ℃ and reaction time 60 min.Structure of the product was characterized by 1HNMR,IR and elementary analysis.When the concentration of DMHAC10 was 100 mg/L and the killing time was 10 min,the killing ratios of staphylococcus aureus(ATCC-6538) and escherichia coli(ATCC-8099) were 99.4% and 99.6% respectively.
