自动喷淋降尘系统在马蹄沟煤矿的应用

2008年初,马蹄沟煤矿针对煤场及地面工业广场的实际情况开展井上自动喷淋降尘系统应用,利用专业喷灌公司的大型喷枪喷水压尘、降尘、固尘。高压水流经由特别设计的喷嘴,形成数十米半径的均匀旋转雨雾覆盖到堆场表面,达到非常理想的防尘效果,是扬尘治理的一种非常有效的方式。煤矿煤尘产污系数在装卸、堆存环节分别降低6 kg/t煤和2 kg/t煤左右。煤矿储煤场环节全年即能节约原煤0.8%左右,不但取得了一定的环境效益,同时减少原煤的损失,也取得了一定的经济效益。
