深井软岩大断面硐室支护技术研究

摘    要:分析了王家岭新井中央变电所深井软岩大断面硐室支护失效的机理,得出原岩应力、围岩岩性、支护强度和应力叠加是导致其断面收缩率高达40%的主要原因。通过现场试验,对比分析了锚网喷分别与钢筋梯子梁支护、U型棚和U型对棚+反底拱联合支护的效果,得出了控制底鼓是硐室稳定的关键。实践表明,锚网喷+U型对棚+反底拱联合支护有效地控制了中央变电所的围岩变形,消除了潜在的安全隐患。

Abstract:As the original support form of central substation in Wangjialing Mine,bolt-mesh-spurting supporting can not effectively control the central substation surrounding rock deformation,and the section shrinkage rate is up to 40%.After analysis,in-site stress,surrounding rock properties,support intensity and stress superposition were determined as the original support failure causes.Three support schemes were tested in field for supporting the central substation,they are cable-steel ladder beam,yieldable U-steel...
