规范秩序强化装备管理问题研究

论述了装备管理秩序面临的形势,从装备日常管理、装备调配保障、装备战备工作、装备保障训练、装备维修管理、装备信息管理、装备经费管理和装备（保障）机关工作8个方面提出了强化装备管理需要规范的秩序及其基本要求,针对当前装备管理工作存在的问题,指出了规范秩序强化装备管理应重点把握的问题。

Research on Intensifying Equipment Management by Normalizing Order

The paper discusses the situation of the equipment management order ,and puts for-ward eight orders which should be normalized to intensify equipment management and basic demands , including equipment daily management ,equipment preparation ,equipment war arrangement ,equip-ment ensuring training ,equipment maintain management ,equipment information management ,e-quipment outlay management and equipment （ensuring ） department task .Aiming at the questions currently existing in the equipment management , the paper points out the issues that should be grasped to normalize order and intensify equipment management .
