基于扭转几何大变形理论的并联行星传动太阳轮轴设计研究

摘    要:以潜油单螺杆泵采油系统中的并联行星齿轮减速器为研究对象,结合等圆截面杆的弹性扭转几何大变形位移公式,通过Matlab软件计算,建立了并联行星齿轮减速器中并联太阳轮轴扭转变形的数学模型,应用各段并联太阳轮轴扭转变形协调原理和等功率传递原理,设计了并联行星齿轮减速器.该减速器在传递额定功率的情况下可以大幅度减小径向尺寸.
