点焊机器人焊机系统故障诊断及保护电路的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了HRGD型点焊机器人焊机系统故障诊断及保护电路的组成和工作原理。其中主要有:阻焊变压器、晶闸管开关过热故障诊断及保护电路;气路失压、焊钳意外碰撞故障诊断及保护电路;晶闸管开关短路常通故障诊断及保护电路。晶闸管开关单管工作故障诊断及保护电路。其中,许多故障诊断及保护电路亦可用于普通点焊机上。

Abstract:The forms and the operational principles for troubleshoot and protective circuit of welding system in HRGD spot welding robot are introduced in this paper.It includes: RW transformer, transistor switch overheat troubleshoot and protective circuit; loss of gas circuit pressure, accidental collision troubleshoot and protective circuit of the electrode holder-, live troubleshoot and protective circuit of the transistor switch short circuit; single transistor working troubleshoot and protective circuit of the transistor switches Many troubleshoots and protective circuits can be also used on the conventional spot welding machines.
