滞环SVPWM整流器在感应加热电源中的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种新颖的基于电流滞环和空间电压矢量调制(SVPWM)技术的电压、电流双闭环感应加热电源。它采用先进的控制策略,使感应加热电源的网侧输入功率因数(PF)接近于1;电流总畸变率(THD)小于5%。在对感应加热电源进行系统小信号建模分析的基础上,重点分析设计了高功率因数(HPF)开关模式整流器(SMR)的电流滞环和SVPWM控制器。仿真分析和实验结果证明了该系统的合理性。

Abstract:A novel induction heating power based on current hysteresis band control and SVPWM modulation technology is introduced in this paper.The advanced technique makes the power factor of the input closed to unity and the THD less than 5%.Based on the small signal modeling and analysis of the power,the current hysteresis band and the SVPWM voltage vector controllers of the SMR are analyzed and designed.The computer simulation and experiment results manifest the validity of the system.
