| Abstract: | There are shortcomings in the management of prepayment system and automatic meter reading system now widely applied. A new type of double payment electricity purchase system is brought forward in the paper,which can realize functions such as control of prepayment and post-payment and automatic meter reading can be realized in the system,Then difficult problems as meter reading and charge in electric power marketing can be solved effectively. |
