摘    要:AM/AA共聚物降失水剂在高温高碱性条件下与常用缓凝剂的配伍性差,需引入磺酸基.由于丙烯磺酸钠(AS)的价格便宜,因此设计在原料中加入AS.通过对以AM、AA、AS为原料的微波辐射和常规加热法制备的聚合物进行降失水效果对比,表明在常规条件下AS与AM/AA聚合困难,微波辐射可以提高AS的反应活性.在此条件下,通过进行引发剂体系优选,并通过研究单体配比、引发剂加量、AS加量、微波功率和微波时间等因素对加有合成产品水泥浆失水量、稠化时间的影响,确定出了该降失水剂的最佳聚合条件.研究了加有最佳条件下微波法合成的降失水剂的水泥浆的综合性能,表明水泥浆的各项性能优良,能够满足固井要求.

Abstract:The filtrate reducer PSA is synthesized by two different methods of microwave polimerization and heating, using acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), propylene sulfonate (AS) as main materials.The experimental results show that the method of microwave polimerization is better than heating, based on this method, the optimal conditions are n (AM):n(AA)=4:1, and if the content of AS is 4%, the initiator is 0.5%, the microwave time is 160 seconds, the concentration of product is 12% when the pH value is 7.The infrared spectrum analysis of the copolymer PSA shows that the monomer (AS) has been polymerized sufficiently.The cement slurry with PSA has good compound performance which meets the demands ofcement job.
