| 摘 要： | 介绍了在通用冲床上使用镦头模热镦成形系列化拉条半球形端部的模具设计要点、模具结构、工作过程以及主要零件的设计方法。该模具可快捷地更换凸模与夹紧镶块,镦压不同尺寸规格的拉条。

| Abstract: | An upsetting die has been designed to form the hemi-spherical ends of a series of bracings by hot upsetting on a general stamping machine.The structure,working process and main design points of the upsetting die and the design methods of the key parts of the die are stated.The punch and clamping insert of the die can be quickly changed so as to form the series of bracings of different sizes. |
