摘    要:对长输管道射线检测评定标准SY4056-1993《石油天然气钢管质道对接环缝射线照相和质量分级》和API1104《管道及有关设备的焊接》作了比较分析,两个标准在焊缝质量的缺陷评定上有一定的差别,在具体应用中,应根据两个标准的各自特点进行综合考虑。

Abstract:The two radiographic testing standards for evaluating welded joint quality of long transportation pipelines SY 4056-1993 named methods for radiographic inspection and quality classification of welded girth butt joints in oil and gas steel pipelines and API 1104 named the welding for pipelines and relative equipment were reviewed and compared. There was some difference between the two standards in evaluating the defects in welded joints. The items in both standards should be taken comprehensively in practical application.
