| 摘 要： | 我国从1996年开始引进和推广合同能源管理节能模式,目前我国合同能源管理规模相对于其节能空间和节能事业来说还非常小,未来还有着很大的发展空间,将成为我国一个急需发展壮大的产业。当前融资问题是阻碍我国合同能源管理服务发展的主要障碍,文章提出了破解方法。

| Abstract: | EPC was introduced into China in 1996.At present,the size of EPC is still very limited compared with the market demand.There is quite space for growing.Financing problem is still a main barrier for future development of EPC,and we put forward the initiatives in this article. |
