| Abstract: | using market mechanism to promote energy efficiency,to curb fast growth of energy consumption and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions has become the focus in the field of energy.This paper describes the basic concepts in this field,the mechanism classification,the basic steps and characteristics of allowance mechanism and energy efficiency certificate mechanism;with international experience,puts forward specific proposals on the design and implementation of energy market mechanism. |
