摘    要:通过对柴油机气阀间隙的调整,实时监测缸盖的振动信号,运用小波分析法对振动信号进行分析,提取柴油机气阀间隙异常的多个特征参数,并采用BP神经网络对气阀间隙进行识别,以此提高诊断故障的针对性和准确性。

Abstract:Through adjusting valve clearances of diesel engine and the cylinder cover vibration signals are measured at the same time. These signals are analyzed by using wavelet analysis method. To pick up those abnormal character parameters and to identify the valve clearance by using BP neural network,that can improve the accuracy and pertinency of the fault diagnosis.
