It discusses the importance of the selection of static test and pipe in the design of the basis of preload stress pile,and represents the methods of the control and management of pipe deviation,in the end it analyses the management of the pipe foundation gets to its limit bearing capacity but cannot be pressed to the design height mark,the press of pile lower than the designed bearing capacity and pile pipe crack,to assure the safety of structure.
